Welcome to Help Me Grow Ramsey County
Help Me Grow Ramsey County is the early intervention system that serves families who reside in the following school districts, primarily in Ramsey County:
- Mounds View Schools
- North St. Paul, Maplewood, Oakdale Schools
- Roseville Area Schools
- St. Anthony-New Brighton Schools
- St. Paul Public Schools
- White Bear Lake Area Schools
We are part of the new Help Me Grow statewide initiative to provide information about child development and the availability of special services for eligible children from birth to kindergarten entry. The Help Me Grow web pages of MN Parents Know feature information about child development, an online referral tool for children with developmental concerns and detailed information about Help Me Grow: Infant and Toddler Intervention and Help Me Grow: Preschool Special Education programs and services.
Help Me Grow Ramsey County offers, at no cost to families, information, support and referral services that may help your child and your family. For families who have concerns about the development of their child, birth to five years old, please contact our office at (651) 604-3700 or email us: helpmegrowrc@isd623.org. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. With parent permission, referrals can also be made by family members, child care providers, physicians, social workers, preschool teachers and other concerned individuals. We encourage you to contact our office to discuss your concerns and assist you with the referral process.
